Following the retirement of our esteemed incumbent agent, TECNO BOX srl is looking for a dynamic and motivated Multi-firm Agent to take over the management and development of the existing customer portfolio in the province of Agrigento. This is a unique opportunity for a department professional with a proven track record in packaging to join an established company with strong growth prospects.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Management and retention of existing client portfolio in the province of Agrigento.
• Active development of new business opportunities within the province.
• Professional advice to customers on packaging solutions best suited to their needs.
• Presentation and sale of TECNO BOX products and services to different target channels:
  • G.D.O. (Large-scale retail trade): Supermarkets and hypermarkets.
  • HO.RE.CA: Ice cream parlors, bars, pastry shops, delis, bakeries, and other businesses in the food service and hospitality departments.
  • Industry: Manufacturing companies of various kinds.
  • Other: Additional potential market segments.
• Order management, from direct intake to re-invoicing.
• Achievement of company-defined sales targets.
• Market and competition monitoring.
• Periodic reporting on the activity carried out.

What We Seek (Ideal Profile):

• Professional multi-firm agent with active VAT number.
• Significant previous experience in the packaging department and in-depth knowledge of its dynamics, materials and technical advice.
• Solid network of contacts and proven business development ability in G.D.O., HO.RE.CA., Industry and other channels.
• Residence in the city of Agrigento or nearby areas.
• Self-driving and willing to travel within the province.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Predisposition to training and professional development.
• Immediate availability to devote time and energy to TECNO BOX Ltd. mandate .
