New life for packaging<\/span> thanks to an app<\/span>. Hera offers Rifiutologo<\/span>, the first app that reads the barcodes of 400 thousand products to always know in which container to recycle them. <\/span><\/div>\n
It has been expanded with the new function of photo reporting of abandoned waste<\/span>, which is now possible in 30 Italian municipalities.<\/span><\/div>\n
An app to simplify waste collection and sorting<\/span> thanks to new technologies that are able to recognize the type of packaging from the bar code. More and more Italian municipalities will be able to participate in initiatives to disseminate the app and enable citizens to improve waste sorting. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nIn Italy, the app il Rifiutologo is <\/span>downloadable on smartphones and tablets<\/span>. It is designed to recognize major retail products by barcode and is able to indicate which recycling bin to introduce them into when throwing them away. <\/span>In the municipalities of our country, the problem of abandoned waste is<\/span> unfortunately always present. Hera wants to extend the reporting of abandoned waste in all municipalities that are part of its management, among which we find Rimini, Ravenna, Ferrara and Forl\u00ec. <\/span><\/div>\n
Hera has calibrated the information according to the rules for separate collection in force in individual municipalities. It is therefore a customizable app based on the needs of the territory. The archive currently consists of 400 thousand products<\/span> and can be expanded with the support of municipalities and citizens. <\/span><\/div>\n
The app the Refuseologist is downloadable and available for<\/span> iPhone\/iPad<\/span><\/a>, for<\/span> Android<\/span><\/a> e <\/span>Windows Phone<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
