Complete Rules and Regulations

1. SPONSORING ENTITY

Tecno Box Srl, with its registered office in Carini (PA), Via G. Galilei, 23 – Industrial Zone 90044 Carini (PA), VAT No. 04107110829 (hereinafter “the Promoter”).

2. PURPOSE OF THE INITIATIVE AND PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS

Participants who achieve the specified scores will be eligible for the following free gifts or product discounts (this promotion is excluded from Presidential Decree 430/2001 pursuant to Article 6 due to the modest value of the gifts and commercial discounts):

• 2. 700 points : A pair of TECNO BOX SRL branded sunglasses, while stocks last.
• 2,800 points: 90% discount on the technical start-up cost (cliché) for digital printing, applicable on the next custom packaging order.
Discount Amount: The value of the stamp is €44.00; the discount will be €39.60 (Final price: €4.40)
•2 ,900 points: TECNO BOX SRL-branded fan, while supplies last.
• 3.1 00 points: 90% discount on the technical start-up cost (cliché) for pad printing, applicable on the next order of customized packaging.
Value of the discount applied: The value of the cliché is €65.00, the discount will be €58.50 (Final price €6.50)
• 3 . 2 00 points: TECNO BOX SRL branded cap, while stocks last.
• 3.300 points: 90% discount on the technical start-up cost ( single-color printing plate ) for customizing glasses and cups, applicable to the next order of personalized packaging. Value of the discount applied: The value of the printing plate is €65.00, the discount will be €58.50 (Final price €6.50)
• It is personal and non-transferable;
• It is not convertible into cash;
• It is valid exclusively for the creation of new clichés;
• Does not include any additional graphic services.

3. VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER

You may take advantage of the promotional offer or receive the free gift only once, and it will be valid through September 30, 2026. After that date, your right to the promotional offer will automatically expire.

4. APPLICATION AND REDEMPTION PROCEDURES

The discount code generated will be sent to you via email. If the item is a promotional gift, it will be delivered with your next purchase or can be picked up at our office at Via Galileo Galilei, No. 23, 90044 Carini (PA),  at the times and in the manner to be announced by the Organizer.

5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the game is free and open to all users by visiting the Promoter’s dedicated webpage directly: www.tecnobox.net/gioco. You do not need to create an account to play the game or to participate in the promotion—and thus to receive discounts and/or giveaways.

6. LIMITATIONS

The promotional benefit:

• It is personal and non-transferable;
• It is not convertible into cash;
• It is valid only for the production of new printing plates;
• It does not include any additional graphic design services.
  
  

7. COMBINABILITY OF BENEFITS:

Promotional benefits cannot be combined. Each participant who reaches the higher point thresholds will receive only the discount or free gift corresponding to the highest threshold achieved.  
If the same score is achieved more than once, the discount or free gift may be redeemed only once.

8. CHECKING SCORES

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the scores obtained and to void any results resulting from improper use or conduct that does not conform to the spirit of the initiative.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in “Prepara il Pacco” implies full acceptance of these rules.
